The Ranting is Back
I am not a journalist. I am just a human who understands trauma and empathy.
So, some of you know for the past few years I have mostly put my late night rants on the homepage of my website. It got a little hard to find other things on there, so I said I was going to move things here.
There is so much researched writing I’d like to share here.
I also will keep a second column of rants, for those who would like to read them. You may not agree with me, but when I encounter enough insanity, I can’t not say something…so I am saying it here. Sometimes I publish links to references. Sometimes I just need to write it. I am not an investigative journalist. You’re welcome to fact check anything I share. I am not claiming to be the end all authority on everything. That said, I do immerse myself in more indie news than can be called a hobby daily.
Here’s my first new rant on substack:
Sorry, I had temporary forgetfulness that people are being gaslit about what is happening with Iran. For demystification: for several decades, Israel has had a desire to invade and destabilize Iran in order to secure themselves as the hegemoic power in the region. This is very documented by the Israeli Government itself. Meanwhile, the US Govt, with desires to try and bolster a falling petrodollar has kidnapped Maduro in VZ, to commandeer the oil there, and of course they thought they could repeat that strategy with Iran and also interrupt Chinese/BRICS rise economically. Over the past few year, US-Israel had been executing top Iranian officials and scientists. They have repeatedly used the excuse that they fear Iran has nuclear capacity (for more than 20 years this “Iraq has WMD” level of lying), when Iran has allowed inspections and never declared that interest. Israel to this day does not allow anyone to visit their facilities in Dimona for inspection — we just hear about “earthquakes” going on over there. In January 2026, astroturfed protesters were heard chanting for Iran to be invaded and have a regime change. Israeli outlets and a US Govt Official shared that there were Israeli intelligence officers planted in these “protests.” These astroturfed protesters in Iran were mostly targeting police and civilians and setting fire to mosques. The number reported as kill*d in most independent media from the region was about a thousand people, whereas Americans, the most lied to public on the planet, have been told that number was 30,000+ (please see Grayzone reporting). All of this chaos is predictably what the US empire does when it’s getting ready to invade a country, in order to steal access to its natural resources -- more than 30 times plus this has happened to different or recurrently invaded countries of the global south in the last few decades alone. Most of the time, the US government can gaslight the public based on constant lies that prey on sad normalized bigoted sterotypes alone.
For clarity, these strategies of invasion and abuse are mostly driven by intelligence forces from different countries that operate below the horizon and affect US governmental policy, regardless of the political party at the helm and with no care for the thoughts of the American public. Trump was convinced by hawkish cabinet members to invade Iran breaching the good faith of being in negotiations with Iran. Some say Israel started the invasion pre-emptively, I have not seen the verification of that yet, it might be out there -- I’m not a journalist, please feel free to research that.
The US has committed a war crime of kill*ng more than 160 people, mostly little 7-12 year old children at an elementary school on the first day of invading Iran. There is potential investigation to verify if Claude, the AI designed by Anthropic was used to target that school, and if the US military did not do its proper due diligence before targeting children. US-Israel have already hit more schools and hospitals, and they also targeted a desalination plant -- all war crimes. Iran has responded by targeting US military bases in the region. In response to US-Israel targeting Iranians civilans and infrastructure, Iran gave forewarning to evacuate civilians, saying it would expand to target US assets, including tech companies and financial institutions complicity in these military invasions, also responding in kind as US- Israel attacked an Iranian bank. Iran has said with clarity it has no intention to target the US on US soil and has a history of keeping to its word. Iran is not allowing enemies to cross the Strait of Hormuz while they are being targeted and sanctioned by the US. There are rumors that Israeli operatives are planning false flag attacks in the US on US Soil and will try to use that to escalate US participation in the conflict.
In summary, top military analysts warned Trump that invading Iran was not sane thinking...Trump himself has indicated he may have been given bad intel. Here we all are. The US-Israel-UAE are being regarded internationally as the Epstein Regime. Iranian officials have repeatedly denounced the behavior of the Epstein class and has said it stands in solidarity with those children who have been harmed and does not want that violence to children’s bodies to continue. If you’re in the US, you’re likely not hearing any of this, however it’s all available via highly credible independent news sources.
Israel has been using this time to close the borders on Gaza, continuing to escalate the torture to Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank and those illegally being held in their torture centers. Genocide is never okay — the Lemkin Institute and myriad human rights organizations have been clear about that. Also, it’s just insane and criminal to commit genocide. I wonder why that is not baseline thinking in the US. There is never another side of the coin to committing genocide -- ever! If that feels confusing, sit deeply with the fact that that is confusing to you -- what happened in your mind to be confused about that. Frightening!
Palestinians are not allowed to say the actual number of their loved ones that are likely martyred, and not allowed to dig in the rubble with the help of machines in order to find, properly bury and count their loved ones who are still under the rubble. The Lancet estimate was 85,000 (this number was amended from the first reporting, possibly due to political coercion????) people plus in August of 2024...it’s March of 2026 as this is being written. Many inside of and outside of Palestine are credibly estimating the number of people martyred is more than 500,000 and possibly closer to a million — let that sink in. They are not numbers (please see the website: We are Not Numbers), many or most were little children, who were just trying to go to school, who would care for the animals that were scared during the bombing, who make music, who are poets, or wanted to be health care workers or press...They are humans. They are caregivers, parents, …people with a right to dignified lives in their homes.
Some Americans are starting to wake up to all the racist gaslighting; sadly many are still confused that brown or impoverished bodies are not just defacto expendable. Those lives and bodies are not disposable. They’re human, just like you. These last two paragraphs will not make sense to supremacist thinking.
I will never condone perpetration in any form. Putting a stop sign up in front of people brutalizing others from a power over position is an act of love. It is unkind to enable people in power to harm others and to continue the violence. Let’s not get it twisted; gen*cide is not part of good mental health. It’s win - win, when stopping people abusing power over to enact genocide, apartheid, colonial settlerism, imperial abuses, hurting children, hurting adults, hurting animals, hurting land -water - air...etc. obstructing dignity, stealing people homes, endless abuse of power, extorting, torturing... Stopping that comes before repair, then attuned (to the person/s who was/were impacted) amends and repair could possibly lead to forgiveness and peace -- not the other way around. Demanding peace and forgiveness out of violated bodies and minds is an implicit demand for harmed people to enable perpetrators. That is how we got where we are today where the Epstein Regime is free ranging. Who is protecting these children? Is this what you want?

They are freeing us, though it was never their burden to carry in the first place. Free Palestine!
